Squint’s mission is to distill circadian and quantum biology down to easy-to-follow, daily light routines that work.

Whether it’s a checklist to help you find more morning sunlight or tips to avoid artificial light at night, we offer tools to help you take charge of your well-being, once and for all.

Squint will give you the answers that you didn’t get from the people who were supposed to have them. We’re still learning, finding the latest research, and sharing it with you.

Squint believes that there is no quick fix to health. Instead, by committing consistently to daily light habits that promote circadian rhythm, metabolic stability and mitochondrial health, you will discover just how amazing your body can feel. Our body – at the quantum level – is our best healer. We just need to supply the right information to our cells to allow them to do their job as nature intended.

Squint will help you take a closer look at the smallest – and most important – parts of you (particularly your mitochondria). We will show you how light, water and frequencies impact us – and how the way light is captured in our tissues determines how well and how fast we age.

Squint is not a place for quantum biologists. It’s a place where non-biologists can learn and easily apply quantum-based science that makes big changes to their health.

About the Founder

For the longest time, I was a textbook example of someone doing all the “right” things. I juiced the celery, tracked my steps, and rotated through every diet trend—vegan, paleo, carnivore—you name it, I tried it. But despite all that effort, I was stuck in a cycle of chronic fatigue, imbalanced hormones, and a brain fog that wouldn’t lift. Although I was doing my best, I didn’t realize that my body had basically become unplugged. The “powerhouses” of my cells were literally shutting down. The doctors couldn’t see it, but I could feel it.

Like many of us, I was bombarded and overwhelmed by wellness solutions that didn’t work, at least not for any length of time. I looked fine but I kept coming back to the same place. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.

That’s when I made a decision: if nothing out there could give me answers, I’d find them myself. So, I decided to devour as much scientific information as possible, which led to my deep dive into quantum biology — into how light, water, and energy drive the workings of our cells. After devouring as much information as I could, I finally realized that the answer wasn’t to try everything under the sun, the answer was the sun.

That’s why I created Squint.

I encourage you to not take my word on anything. Take the time to do your own research. I’m still learning, everyday. My goal is to teach my children early what I learned late. Whatever your age, I hope you’ll join me. Together, we’ll use the most updated science to create consistent light routines, effective daily habits, and better health, for everyone.
